Virginia Smith is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. She received two Master’s Degrees, one in Mental Health Counseling and the other in Marriage and Family Counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach, Florida. She has worked with adults, children, and families, providing individual, couples, family, and group counseling services for over 15 years. She is a Prepare and Enrich Certified Counselor which equips her to help couples identify their relationship strengths, gain understanding about the underlying dynamics that influence their communication and help them develop skills to improve as whole. She is also a Couples Communication Instructor.

Virginia is experienced working with children/teens issues, parenting difficulties, substance abuse, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, stressful life transitions, divorce/separation, and behavioral difficulties. She is passionate about utilizing the benefits of play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and art therapy. She believes that providing a holistic approach can benefit the client/clients well-being more accurately than traditional methods.

Virginia is dedicated to providing support, empathy, building trust, and focuses on solutions to promote personal growth.
